Four Years at Rowley Regis
Provectus with their strategic partner FCC Environment are celebrating four successful years working together at their soil treatment facility at Rowley Regis.
The Rowley Regis site is a strategic soil recovery site owned by FCC Environment which forms a long term development project. The creation of the development platform with engineered soil the first phase of the overall regeneration scheme.
By offering physical and biological treatment we have been able to accept a wide range of hazardous and non-hazardous soils contaminated with hydrocarbons, asbestos and other organic residues.
The treatment facility has an annual capacity of 150,000t for hazardous and non-hazardous waste that complements the site’s overall annual capacity of 550,000t. This site has an on site reuse capacity of 12,000,000t within the adjacent void over the next 25 years that is being engineered with soil to create new development sites and amenity areas for the local population.
Our customers have also told us that we quote so quickly they don’t need to wait for anyone else, turnaround for lorries is rarely more than 10 minutes, and we are always happy to attend site at short notice to inspect or sample soils to rectify any uncertainty over their waste. This prevents customers having to delay works waiting for soil disposal to be completed, paying for standing time for lorries whilst tipping or unnecessary rejection of soil due to uncertainty over the producer’s waste description.
Whilst providing this level of customer service comes with a cost, we believe it is the right thing to do for our clients.
We are with the customers for our customers.
